About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Construction Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects from conception to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all engineering and construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. Collaborative project management, innovative problem-solving, and a commitment to sustainable building practices are essential.
Responsibilities

Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion

Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors

Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

Review the work progress on a daily basis

Ensure quality construction standards and use of proper construction techniques
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction engineering or management

Proficient in project management software and tools

Strong understanding of construction methodologies and principles

Experience with sustainable and green building practices preferred

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
